Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the digital services offered by ISS Tech Provider («ISS»), including the Payment Orchestrator, Chatbots, Digital Marketing, Website and AI Automations. By hiring or using any of our services, you accept the terms described herein.

1. Purpose of the service

ISS provides technology solutions for payment intermediation, automated customer service, digital marketing and web development, under a monthly subscription model or the commercial arrangement agreed with the client.

2. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide truthful information, keep their billing details up to date and comply with the tax regulations in force in Ecuador, including those related to the Internal Revenue Service (SRI).

3. Billing and payments

Plans are billed monthly plus VAT. Failure to pay may result in the temporary suspension of the contracted service.

4. Limitation of liability

ISS is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers (payment gateways, banks, messaging platforms) beyond its direct control.

5. Changes

ISS may update these terms periodically. Changes will be notified through the official contact channels.
