Privacy and Data Protection Policy

ISS Tech Provider collects and processes personal data from its clients and users in order to provide its payments, chatbot, digital marketing and web development services, in compliance with Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number, company information and the transactional data needed to process payments and issue electronic receipts to the SRI.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is used to provide the contracted service, customer support, billing and, with your consent, commercial communications.

3. Storage and security

Information is stored in relational databases with access controls and encryption, hosted on certified cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

4. Data subject rights

You may request access to, rectification, deletion or portability of your personal data by writing to our official contact channel.

5. Third parties

We share information only with payment providers, banks and regulatory entities required to deliver the service (SRI, card processors).
